The Website Does Not Provide Medical Advice

Theradome Inc. is fully committed to your satisfaction with Theradome. We believe in the research behind our products and the results they produce so much that we guarantee your complete satisfaction with the product for a period of 6 (six) months from your date of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your results after this usage period, just submit a return request within the eligible time period, and we will provide a paid return shipping label at our expense.
In order to qualify for this money back guarantee, we simply request that you use the Theradome as instructed in the user manual, 20-minute sessions twice a week for 180 days, to the best of your ability.
If you have not achieved visible or satisfactory results after 180 days from the date of purchase, you may return the Theradome for a full refund of the purchase price, less the shipping cost and interest charges—if a financing option (Affirm) was used for payment.
In order to receive your refund, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return your Theradome within 30 days after the 180-day usage period ends. Returns cannot be processed without an RMA number issued by Theradome Inc. Please note, we will not require you to prove that you’ve used the device according to the user manual in order to issue an RMA number.
This money back guarantee is valid only for orders placed directly on the Theradome Inc. website and shipped to an address in the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept overseas returns due to the varied customs and duty management processes required to manage returns from outside of the United States.

Theradome authorizes you to view the Content on the Website solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any special rules for the use of certain software and other items accessible on the Website may be included elsewhere within the Website and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

2.2 In no event shall Theradome, its licensors, its suppliers, or any third parties mentioned on the Website be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury/wrongful death, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use of or inability to use the Website or the Content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Theradome, its licensors, its suppliers, or any third parties mentioned on the Website are advised of the possibility of such damages. Theradome is based in Pleasanton, California in the United States of America with principle offices in Pleasanton. The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever: Liability, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, and Entire Agreement.
Jurisdiction
You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Theradome, or in any way relating to your use of the Website, resides in the courts of the State of California and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of California in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Theradome or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, and content providers.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
Entire Agreement
